Our location broke and/or lost the cupcake stands that Crumbs provided us with. Instead of hassling me, our contact person (Mia) worked directly with the reception location to be compensated. This saved me a headache and showed me how flexible they are. They delivered beautiful cupcakes as per my specifications on time and everyone was raving about them for months after.

We did cupcakes instead of a cake and since it was a day wedding they doubled as guest favors boxed and ready to take home. Cupcakes were delivered just as expected, on time, and organized by flavor of cupcake. The Crumbs individual cupcake boxes added great character and the guests LOVED what was inside them! I also had a second reception in Salt Lake City and had the cupcakes shipped to us. They were perfectly timed and the instructions were easy to follow to prepare them for guests. All around a great experience. Can't beat the price in NYC in comparison to decent (edible) wedding cakes!

I was a photographer for a wedding that served Crumbs! DELISH! The bride had 2 receptions. One in NYC and one in SLC, UT. She had the cupcakes shipped to SLC and they were just perfect! I was completely impressed! I would recommend Crumbs to anyone!

We live in NYC but got married in Los Angeles. Crumbs is without a doubt our fave cupcake shop (& played a role in our engagement) & we were thrilled to find out they were located in LA too. Needless to say, we decided on about 7 different flavors so our guests could choose & share – people raved.
The only downside? I didn't even have any!

I absolutely love Crumbs cupcakes. I get them on a regular basis. When I got engaged, the one thing I immediately knew was that I wanted a bunch of Crumbs cupcakes as my wedding cake. We ordered over 140 cupcakes, a special colossal cupcake, and a tray of mini cupcakes. I had ordered the favorite flavors of myself and family members and was incredibly excited. We confirmed the order and delivery multiple times, including the day before the wedding. The cupcakes were supposed to be delivered at noon on the day of the wedding. When they had not arrived by 1pm, we got worried and a family member tried to get in touch with them. There was no one at the catering number but she was able to get the number for the delivery service through a local Crumbs store. When she called the delivery service, they said they had no record of any such order. This was two hours before the start of my wedding. My father needed to run out to the local bakery and Crumbs store to pick up anything that they had made so that we would have something to feed our guests for dessert. It was incredibly stressful and something that no one wants to deal with on their wedding day. Crumbs tried to make things right best as they could later after the wedding by reimbursing my father for the cupcakes he had to buy from the local Crumbs branch and the credit card that had paid for the initial order (that was never received). However not delivering the wedding cake (or in this case cupcakes) for someone's wedding is unforgivable.
